RETURN POLICY CGM INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY.

Valid for purchases made through the internet portal https://cgmproveeduria.com.

TERM AND CONDITIONS.

Returns must be requested within 5 calendar days from the signing of the delivery receipt.
To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and not installed.
  • In perfect condition.
  • With complete original packaging.
  • With SKU, serial number, and accessories (when applicable).
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Special order products.
  • Opened chemicals, adhesives, or sealants.
  • Machinery, tools, or equipment that have been used or installed.
  • Products with damaged or incomplete packaging.
  • Services already performed.

RETURN PROCESS.

  1. The customer must equest the return through the official CGM website or through the contact channels authorized by the company.

  2. For the proper evaluation of the request, the customer must attach a copy of the corresponding invoice, as well as clear photographic evidence of the product subject to the return.

  3. Once the request is received, CGM will review the information within a maximum period of 48 hours, after which the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the return, as well as the corresponding instructions for the collection, return, or delivery of the product, as applicable.

REFUND.

Authorized returns will be processed to the original payment method and may be reflected within 5–7 business days after inspection approval (depending on your banking institution).

LOGISTICS COSTS.

  • In cases where the return originates from an error attributable to the customer, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or placing an incorrect order, the shipping and return costs SHALL BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

  • When the return is the result of a manufacturing defect, product damaged at origin, or a fulfillment error attributable to CGM, the shipping, return, or replacement costs will be covered by CGM.

WARRANTIES AND INSPECTION

Once the established period for product return has expired, any claim must be handled directly with the manufacturer or with a service center authorized by them, in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.

Likewise, CGM reserves the right to conduct the corresponding inspection of returned products and, where applicable, reject those returns that do not comply with this policy, as well as those in which inconsistencies, improper use, tampering, or indications of fraud are detected.
