<\/b>RETURN POLICY CGM INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY.<\/span><\/b><\/h3><\/div>\n\n

Valid for purchases made through the internet portal https:\/\/cgmproveeduria.com.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

TERM AND CONDITIONS.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Returns must be requested\u00a0within 5 calendar days from the signing of the delivery receipt<\/strong>.<\/span>
To be eligible, the product must be:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Unused and not installed.<\/li>\n
  • In perfect condition.<\/li>\n
  • With complete original packaging.<\/li>\n
  • With SKU, serial number, and accessories (when applicable).<\/li>\n
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.<\/span>
    <\/strong><\/span>Returns are not accepted for:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Special order products.<\/li>\n
    • Opened chemicals, adhesives, or sealants.<\/li>\n
    • Machinery, tools, or equipment that have been used or installed.<\/li>\n
    • Products with damaged or incomplete packaging.<\/li>\n
    • Services already performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      RETURN PROCESS. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        The customer must equest the return through the official CGM website or through the contact channels authorized<\/strong><\/span> by the company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      2. \n

        For the proper evaluation of the request, the customer must attach a copy of the corresponding invoice<\/strong><\/span>, as well as clear photographic evidence of the product<\/strong><\/span> subject to the return.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      3. \n

        Once the request is received, CGM will review the information within a maximum period of 48 hours<\/strong><\/span>, after which the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the return<\/strong><\/span>, as well as the corresponding instructions for the collection, return, or delivery of the product<\/strong><\/span>, as applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        REFUND.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        Authorized returns will be processed to\u00a0the original payment method<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0and may be reflected within\u00a05\u20137 business days after inspection approval<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(depending on your banking institution).<\/p>\n

        LOGISTICS COSTS.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          In cases where the return originates from an error attributable to the customer<\/strong><\/span>, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or placing an incorrect order<\/strong>, the shipping and return costs SHALL BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          When the return is the result of a manufacturing defect, product damaged at origin, or a fulfillment error attributable to CGM, the shipping, return, or replacement costs will be covered by CGM.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          WARRANTIES AND INSPECTION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

          Once the established period for product return has expired, any claim must be handled directly with the manufacturer or with a service center authorized by them, in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions.<\/p>\n

          Likewise, CGM<\/strong> <\/span>reserves the right to conduct the corresponding inspection of returned products and, where applicable, reject those returns that do not comply with this policy<\/strong><\/span>, as well as those in which inconsistencies, improper use, tampering, or indications of fraud are detected.<\/p>\n
